Wilsons popularity grew across the UK in 2014. Wilson was a part of Alison Lockhart in Showtimes The Affair in which she played a woman with dark secrets who falls in an affair with Noah Solloway. Wilson was awarded a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in an Television Series in Drama 2015 together with Mauratierney as well as Joshua Jackson. I was thrilled to be able to play a character from different perspectives Wilson told British Vogue in the year 2015. Noah imagines Alison's confident and reckless sexy side.
