The date of her birth is 29 March 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Gerina is the full name of her. Gerina Stevenson's parents were Mexican Alan Stevenson & Rita Stevenson. She is Mexican-American by heritage however she has an American nationality. She has always been an avid sportsperson. Gerina took up golf when she turned 15 years old. Gerina attended Goddard High School. In high school, she was the winner of her first prize at the New Mexico golf state tournament. As well as the sport of volleyball, she played on the state level. In the year 2003 she enrolled at the University of Texas. As a senior, she won each tournament she entered. During undergraduate studies, she earned the titles of Conference USA Female Athlete and Conference USA Individual Player of the Years.
